Effective date: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ebonycredit.com and the business credit services provided by Ebony Credit Solutions (“Ebony Credit Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Who we are
Ebony Credit Solutions
224 Sterling St, Suite 105
Brooklyn, NY 11225
Phone: (347) 404-5753
Email: [email protected]
2. What we do
We are a business credit consulting company. We work with businesses to build credit under the company EIN and to position the company for vendor accounts, credit lines, and funding. Our program covers:
- Business credibility setup. Entity, EIN, business address, phone listing, website, and email, so your company meets the credibility checks lenders verify.
- Business credit bureau profiles. Setup with Dun & Bradstreet including your D-U-N-S number, plus Experian Business and Equifax Business.
- Vendor and net-30 tradelines. Starter vendor accounts that report to the business bureaus.
- Revolving store and fleet credit. Store credit, fleet cards, and business credit cards in the company name as the profile grows.
- Business credit lines and loans. Positioning the company for cash credit and lending options.
- Funding readiness and education. Guidance on what lenders look for, progress tracking in the client portal, and how to use business credit to grow.
We provide consulting, setup, and guidance. We are not a lender, a bank, a credit bureau, or a broker of credit, and we do not issue credit ourselves.
3. Who our services are for
Our services are provided to businesses, not to individual consumers. To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you are enrolling.
These are commercial services that help a business entity establish and build its own commercial credit profile. They are not consumer credit repair. We do not dispute items on personal consumer credit reports on your behalf, and we do not market business credit services as a way to change your personal credit outcome. We keep commercial and consumer matters separate by design: they would never be combined into a single agreement or invoice, and any consumer service would be governed by its own separate agreement carrying the protections consumer law requires.
4. Fees and payment
The business credit program fee is $2,500. Payment plans are available. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the agreed schedule until the balance is paid in full.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to reach you and may pause program work until the account is current. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date. Consultations are free and carry no obligation.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for any reason within three (3) business days of enrolling, without penalty or obligation, and receive a full refund of any amount you have paid.
After that window, refunds are based on our performance, not on third-party outcomes. If we fail to deliver a service or milestone described in your agreement, you may request a refund of the fees paid for that undelivered work. Fees for services and milestones actually delivered are earned upon delivery and are not refundable, and a decision by a vendor, lender, or bureau is not grounds for a refund of work we completed.
You may cancel at any time. Once you cancel, no further payment-plan charges will be made, amounts paid for work already delivered are not refunded, and anything you prepaid for work we had not yet delivered is refunded under the performance rule above. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. No guarantee of results
We provide our services as a service of effort, not of outcome, on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Approvals, credit limits, funding amounts, interest rates, and terms are decided by third-party lenders, vendors, and credit bureaus using their own criteria. We cannot and do not promise that your business will be approved for any particular account or amount, or that approval will happen within any particular time frame.
Any timelines, examples, or results described on this site or in our materials are illustrative. They are not a promise of what your business will achieve.
7. Your responsibilities
The program works only if the information you give us is accurate and you act on the steps we provide. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and your business
- Send requested documents in a timely manner
- Keep your entity in good standing with your state and maintain a valid EIN
- Pay vendor and creditor accounts on time, since payment history is what builds the profile
- Apply for credit only as directed, since applying out of sequence can cause denials
- Keep your client portal login credentials confidential
You agree not to provide false information, misrepresent your business, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We do not create or advise on the use of CPNs, credit privacy numbers, or any substitute for a valid Social Security Number or EIN, and we will end our engagement with any client who attempts to use our services that way.
8. Third parties
Lenders, vendors, credit bureaus, and other third parties referenced in our program are independent of us. We do not control their decisions, their terms, their fees, or their reporting practices. Your relationship with any third party is between you and that party. Links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse or are responsible for their content.
9. Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Our services and content are educational and consultative. They are not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial professional.
10. Intellectual property
The content on this site and in our program, including guides, course materials, templates, checklists, and the client portal, belongs to Ebony Credit Solutions and is protected by copyright. You may use these materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, republish, or distribute them, or use them to build a competing service, without our written permission.
11. Communications
When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or enroll, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your account and the services you requested. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages related to an active program. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.
12. Appointments
Consultations are scheduled through our booking page. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule in advance so we can offer the time to someone else. We may decline to reschedule repeated no-shows.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebony Credit Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funding, lost business opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us.
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ebony Credit Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or misleading, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of our services.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If you have a concern about your account or a charge, please contact us first at (347) 404-5753 or [email protected]. Most issues are resolved quickly by talking to us directly.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and any written service agreement you sign with us, make up the entire agreement between you and Ebony Credit Solutions. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
