Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter, or enroll in the program, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, entity type, and details about your business credit situation. Enrolled clients may also send documents such as formation paperwork, EIN confirmation, or credit reports.
Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Card numbers are handled by that processor and are not stored on this website. We receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time on page. We also collect aggregated statistics about how pages are used, described under Analytics below.
You can browse most of the site without giving us any personal information. You only need to provide it if you want us to contact you or provide services.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and provide the services you requested
- To schedule and confirm consultations
- To deliver our business credit program and track your progress in the client portal
- To process payments and keep billing records
- To send newsletters, educational content, and program updates you signed up for
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
Services and tools we use
We keep our list of service providers short and use each one only for the purpose described:
- Our CRM (Groundhogg). Contact records, newsletter subscriptions, appointments, and email history are stored in a customer relationship system that runs on our own website server rather than a third-party marketing platform.
- Form software (Gravity Forms). Powers our contact and intake forms. Submissions are stored on our site and copied into our CRM.
- Amazon Simple Email Service. Delivers our emails. Amazon processes the message and recipient address in order to send it.
- Google. We use Google Search Console and related Google Site Kit services to understand how the site performs in search.
- Payment processor. Handles card payments and payment plans.
- Web hosting and security. Our host stores the site and its database, and we use security software to monitor for malware and unauthorized access.
Analytics
We use Google services, including Search Console and Google Site Kit, to understand how people find and use this site. That shows us which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, using aggregated traffic data rather than recordings of individual visits. We do not use session recording or heatmap tools on this site.
Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them to keep the site working properly, remember your cookie choice, and support the analytics described above. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site in your browser and choosing again, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they are sent. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you block all cookies. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Email and text messages
If you subscribe to our newsletter or enroll in our program, we send you emails. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary service messages about an active account, such as appointment confirmations or billing notices.
We send text messages only to people who have given us their phone number and agreed to be contacted that way. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. The companies listed above, only as needed to run our business and only for the purposes described.
- With your direction. If we help you apply to a vendor, bureau, or lender, we share only what is needed for that application, and only with your knowledge.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, client records may transfer as part of that transaction. We would notify you.
We may share aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not identify anyone personally.
How we protect your information
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our site, restricted access to client records, and security monitoring on our server. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us right away.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as your account is active and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, or to resolve disputes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to records we are required to retain.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, subject to records we must legally keep
- Stop sending you marketing messages
Email [email protected] or call (347) 404-5753 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may use an authorized agent to make a request. Contact us using the details above.

This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
