Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel for any reason within three (3) business days of enrolling, without penalty or obligation, and receive a full refund of any amount you have paid.
After that window, refunds are based on our performance. If we fail to deliver a service or milestone described in your agreement, you may request a refund of the fees paid for that undelivered work. Fees for services actually delivered are earned upon delivery and are not refundable.
You are never locked into a long contract. You may cancel at any time and no further payment-plan charges will be made.
We provide business credit building as a service of effort, not of outcome. We do not guarantee approval by any vendor, lender, or bureau, or any specific business credit score, credit limit, or funding amount. Those decisions rest with third parties.
